Job Duties
- Coordinate the move-in process from start to finish
- Communicate with prospective residents and their family members
- Liaise with moving companies to schedule and organize relocations
- Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and interior design teams to prepare residences
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the move-in transition
- Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless move
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive first impression for new residents
