Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skilled with office equipment including fax, copier, scanner, and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Patience and positive attitude working with older adults
- Capability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Physical ability to sit, type, sort and file paperwork, lift up to 20 pounds, and walk between buildings
- Available to work flexible hours including some weekends during move-in periods

- Ability to work well with staff, supervisors, residents, families, volunteers, and the public
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary contact for new residents during and 30 days post move-in
- Interface with residents, families, Transitions team, department managers, and moving companies to coordinate logistics
- Coordinate resident move-in schedules and respond promptly to resident and family requests
- Attend weekly meetings with the Community Life Navigator for resident updates
- Maintain confidentiality of resident, family, and facility information
- Be available to work any day during scheduled move-ins with adjusted weekday hours
- Coordinate new resident orientation including important information review and campus tours
- Organize meetings, luncheons, and events with Resident Ambassadors
- Assist planning activities on and off campus for new residents during first 30 days
- Provide customer service support to residents for the first 30 days addressing concerns and questions
- Communicate with Life Enrichment Department regarding social engagement for new residents
- Report notable changes in residents’ health and well-being to Vitality Team
- Coordinate housewarming events with friends and family outside the community when appropriate
- Adhere to all company policies and cooperate with staff across departments
- Represent the organization with a professional demeanor
- Provide quality customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
