Job Duties

  • Act as liaison for new residents to assist with the move-in process
  • ensure apartments are properly prepared for new residents
  • assist with carpet selection and coordinate ordering and installation
  • arrange window treatment installation
  • coordinate requested upgrades
  • provide timely follow-up with residents regarding apartment status
  • facilitate smooth transition for new residents into their homes
