Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of equivalent experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- strong organizational skills
- capacity to manage multiple priorities
- willingness to assist residents throughout the move-in process
- basic knowledge of apartment preparation and upgrades
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- attention to detail
- empathy and patience in dealing with residents
- proficiency in scheduling and follow-up procedures
Job Duties
- coordinate apartment preparation for new residents
- assist new residents with carpet selection
- order and arrange installation of carpet and window treatments
- coordinate requested upgrades
- act as liaison during the move-in process
- follow up promptly on resident inquiries regarding apartment status
- ensure smooth transition for new residents
