Job Duties
- sets up all equipment according to established standards (sheeter rollers, flour sifters settings, guide rails, plow settings, pan guides, etc.)
- ensures dough pieces are proper size and length according to standards
- ensures proper sheeting, moulding and panning per production standards
- removes all double dough pieces from pans
- maintains cleanliness of work area and gmps
- practices and complies with all company policies and procedures including safety and work rules
- ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (eeo, sexual harassment, safety, sarbanes oxley, etc.)
- performs other duties as assigned by management including fulfillment of work schedules and adherence to attendance policies
