Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or restaurant industry preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Answer the phones, schedule customer service appointments
- oversee flow of drive lane and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
- provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person
- ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- distribute work between technicians efficiently
