Job Requirements

  • 2+ years in restaurant or bar management in a high-volume, upscale setting
  • Experience in both independent and corporate hospitality environments preferred
  • Valid Tennessee ABC license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong product knowledge in wine, spirits, cocktails, and bar operations
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Organizational skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and train all bar team members on technical and service standards
  • Oversee cocktail creation, beverage innovation, and recipe execution
  • Monitor bar cleanliness, equipment, health codes, and ABC compliance
  • Guide team development through education, feedback, and coaching
  • Support performance evaluations and accountability for bar team members
  • Orchestrate service during peak shifts with clarity and efficiency
  • Align with and execute the strategic vision of the brand
  • Ensure accurate communication and follow-through on all bar-related initiatives
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect
