Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and positive attitude
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule including availability for nights, weekends, and extended shifts (10+ hours)
- Ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs
- Ability to perform regular physical tasks including extended standing, walking on construction sites, and frequently bending, kneeling, and reaching

- Experience in traffic control, flagging, lane closure operation is strongly preferred but not required
- Post-mounting or sign installation experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Related certifications (Flagger, Traffic Control, ATSSA, MOT) are strongly preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Implement traffic control measures to protect the public and team members
- Set up and dismantle lane closures and other necessary traffic control equipment
- Safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades as required
- Direct traffic around and through construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques
- Perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment and tools
- Keep the worksite clean and organized by properly disposing of debris and materials
- Accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation
- Collaborate effectively with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone
- Monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed
- Install and remove ground-mounted traffic signs
- Understand underground utility locate markings
- Safe and proper operation of hand tools
- May be assigned to assist with other duties as needed
