Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
- reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- pass background check and drug screen
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and 10+ hour days
- ability to lift, carry, or move 50 lbs
- ability to perform regular physical tasks including extended standing, walking on construction sites, and frequently bending, kneeling, and reaching

- ability to perform regular physical tasks including extended standing, walking on construction sites, and frequently bending, kneeling, and reaching
- previous experience in traffic control, flagging, or lane closure operations strongly preferred
- related certifications such as flagger, traffic control, ATSSA, or MOT strongly preferred
Job Duties
- Implement traffic control measures to protect the public and team members
- set up and dismantle lane closures and other necessary traffic control equipment
- safely load, unload, and transport signs, cones, and barricades as required
- direct traffic around and through construction sites using flagging and signaling techniques
- perform routine safety and maintenance checks on equipment and tools
- keep the worksite clean and organized by properly disposing of debris and materials
- accurately complete all job-related paperwork and documentation
- collaborate effectively with coworkers to maintain a secure and efficient work zone
- monitor job site conditions and adjust traffic control strategies as needed
