Job Qualifications
- experience preferred but not required
- familiarity with mobile apps and digital documentation
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail in reporting property conditions
Job Duties
- spend extended periods of time driving
- efficiently manage time to route and complete inspections within 3-5 days
- determine occupancy based on industry standards and report general property conditions
- use a mobile app, InspectorADE, to capture photographs, comments, and complete documentation
- maintain consistent communication with inspection manager via text, email, and phone
