Job Requirements

  • Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • minimum of two years experience as a mortgage loan officer in a similar organization
  • personal smart phone for multi-factor authentication
  • ability to work full time 40 hours per week
  • capacity to sit frequently, walk occasionally, use hands frequently, hear constantly, talk frequently, and occasionally exert up to 10 pounds of force
  • compliance with federal and state lending regulations
  • eligibility to work at Elevations Credit Union Greeley LPO
  • commitment to equal employment principles

Job Qualifications

  • Equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
  • minimum of two years experience as a mortgage loan officer in a similar organization
  • knowledge of FNMA Desktop Underwriter, FHLMC, FHA, VA, PC Lender, and mortgage processing systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Interview and assist members
  • input loan applications into online loan system
  • monitor online queue of member originated loans
  • review files for completeness and accuracy
  • communicate with loan processor or closer regarding outstanding items
  • request additional information
  • communicate terms and conditions of approved loans and review with members
  • deliver Good Faith Estimate and TIL disclosures within 72 hours
  • assist with processing and loan closing coordination
  • cross-sell other credit union services
  • keep informed of mortgage lending trends and market factors
  • adhere to applicable federal and state laws and regulations
