Job Requirements

  • Legal eligibility to work and serve in Florida (18+ years old)
  • Valid Food Handler Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
  • At least 5 years of experience in line cook roles
  • Proficiency in Grill, Fry, Sauté, and Pantry stations
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • A self-starter with a fiery passion for culinary excellence
  • Independent thinker who thrives under pressure and adapts to fast-paced environments
  • A sharp eye for detail, combined with the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Culinary experience, preferably in high-volume breakfast or dinner settings

  • Masterfully execute recipes according to Sous Chef’s specifications
  • Produce impeccable dishes that balance flavor, creativity, and efficiency
  • Take pride in elevating the dining experience, exceeding expectations with every plate
  • Seamlessly collaborate with other departments to meet member needs
  • Uphold food safety standards, maintain a spotless workspace, and minimize waste
