Job Requirements

- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly
- have full understanding of menu, offer recommendations and answer guest questions
- communicate effectively to the kitchen and bar
- recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
