Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- ability to communicate clearly with managers and staff
- physically able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs
- able to stand for up to 10 hours
- willingness to comply with kitchen rules and safety procedures

- ability to maintain quality and portion control

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products
- prepare and portion food prior to cooking
- plate and garnish cooked items to Ruby Slipper standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and front of house staff
- comply with kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
