Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- ability to operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- adherence to company policies and procedures
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- promotes credit and loyalty programs
- maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
