Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months or less of similar or related work experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to perform physical activities including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Ability to understand and follow instructions
- Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards
Job Qualifications

- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices

- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning
Job Duties
- Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner
- Makes an effort to learn customers' names and addresses them by name
- Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach products, loading/unloading heavy items, passing along suggestions, and enhancing shopping experience
- Answers telephone promptly and provides friendly service
- Works with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepares cooking surfaces and a variety of breakfast foods
- Places food in hot cases and monitors amounts
- Prepares items for upcoming shifts
- Maintains proper sanitation and cleanliness
- Adheres to personal hygiene and dress guidelines
- Reports to work on time
- Knowledgeable of all menu items and able to take guest orders
