Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of four months of barista or related restaurant/server experience preferred
- flexible availability including mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math and cash handling skills
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
- ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- four months of restaurant or server experience preferred
- ability to engage positively with guests
- willingness to learn and adapt
- comfortable with assigned responsibilities
Job Duties
- Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast
- prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages
- take orders from guests and input them into the Point-of-Sale system
- handle cash transactions accurately
- complete opening and closing duties including set up and stocking of work areas
- maintain cleanliness, neatness, and sanitation of the work area
- continuously learn new beverage recipes and stay updated on product offerings
