Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of four months of barista or related restaurant/server experience preferred
flexible availability including mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
basic math and cash handling skills
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
four months of restaurant or server experience preferred
ability to engage positively with guests
willingness to learn and adapt
comfortable with assigned responsibilities

Job Duties

Welcome guests as they arrive for breakfast
prepare and serve coffee drinks and other beverages
take orders from guests and input them into the Point-of-Sale system
handle cash transactions accurately
complete opening and closing duties including set up and stocking of work areas
maintain cleanliness, neatness, and sanitation of the work area
continuously learn new beverage recipes and stay updated on product offerings
