Job Requirements
- Hard-working and positive attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a 4 Diamond or 4 Star hotel or restaurant
- Knowledge of pastry and baked goods
- Solid knife handling skills
- Ability to calculate figures such as recipe yields, serving size, weight and temperature conversion
- Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry preferred
- Commitment to maintaining sanitary and organized work areas

Job Duties
- Prepare breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries for all F&B outlets per established recipes
- Use attention to detail to ensure all food items are plated professionally
- Assist in determining the appropriate quantity of baked goods for each F&B outlet
- Taste test pastry items made from production to ensure consistent quality
- Complete production records in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist in developing new products for a la carte and catering menus on a rotating basis
- Clean equipment and workstations thoroughly during and at the end of each shift to maintain proper sanitation and orderliness
