Job Requirements
- 1+ year of professional baking experience preferably in bread, viennoiserie, or pastry production
- Strong understanding of baking processes including proofing, fermentation, and lamination preferred but not required
- Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare, proof, and bake a variety of baked goods and viennoiserie following established recipes and production guidelines
- Execute baking schedules to ensure all products are ready for delivery on time without compromising quality
- Monitor and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked goods
- Safely operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to meet production goals efficiently
- Identify and address any issues during the baking process to ensure quality and timeliness
