Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of baking or pastry experience preferred but not required
- Understanding of proper pastry methods, techniques, and industry standards
- Food Handlers Certificate required
- Passion for baking and the food industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50-75 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility in schedule
- Comfortable with early morning shifts

Job Duties
- Collaborate proactively with the Back of House Manager during shifts
- Follow established recipes, procedures, and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Monitor proper storage and shelf life for all products
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines
- Use kitchen tools and equipment such as mixers, dough sheeters, and ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitor baking processes to ensure quality control
- Work with urgency to meet daily, weekly, and long-term goals
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Back of House Manager
