Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work shifts between 5 a.m. and 4 p.m.
- ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
- willingness to learn and grow
- dependable and punctual
- able to stand for extended periods
- comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 16 years of age
- dependable and team oriented
- willingness to learn
- ability to work morning and day shifts within the hours of 5 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- great communication skills
- ability to collaborate with team members and management
- prior customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
