Job Requirements
- No education required
- able to stand for extended periods
- minimum age requirements may apply
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- legal authorization to work

- able to operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
- operates coffee, sandwich, and other restaurant equipment
- handles POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
- maintains clean workstations and guest areas
- follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
- complies with restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies and procedures
- resolves guest issues quickly and with urgency
- follows safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- complies with all applicable laws
