Job Requirements

  • No education required
  • Able to work flexible shifts including day, night, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be 16 years or older (depending on local regulations)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Capable of counting money and making change
  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Job Duties

  • Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
  • Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
  • Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
  • POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
  • Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
  • Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
  • Comply with all restaurant's, brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • Resolve guest issues quickly and with a sense of urgency
  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • comply with all applicable laws
