Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery drivers

- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic food preparation skills or willingness to learn
- Leadership experience or potential for growth into a leader role
- Reliable transportation and knowledge of local area for delivery drivers
Job Duties
- Take orders and enter them into the system through phone, walk-ins, and drive-thru
- Prepare basic food items like salads and box up orders
- Train new front crew members in order taking and food preparation
- Handle customer disputes with professionalism and friendly communication
- Close the store by completing the closing list and shutting down the POS system
- Execute kitchen duties such as dough slapping, oven catching, and pizza making
- Oversee kitchen crew performance and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
- Deliver food orders promptly and courteously to customers' doors
- Assist with store maintenance tasks like taking out trash, sweeping, and washing dishes
