Job Requirements

  • no prior professional caregiving experience required
  • ability to assist with personal hygiene toileting dressing and mobility
  • availability for full-time or part-time work including weekdays and weekends
  • ability to maintain a safe and clean environment
  • willingness to learn and follow care protocols
  • good physical stamina to assist clients
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • compassionate and kind-hearted individuals
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to provide personal care and companionship
  • willing to undergo comprehensive paid training
  • preferred caregiving experience of 1 year
  • preferred valid driver’s license
  • preferred home care aide certification

Job Duties

  • assist clients with personal hygiene toileting dressing and mobility to support independence and comfort
  • build meaningful relationships and promote emotional well-being through conversation presence and social activities
  • maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping meal preparation and occasional errands
  • observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to care managers
