Job Duties
- Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
- Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
- Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates to maintain smooth operations and positive atmosphere
