Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum three years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Experience with online scheduling software such as 7shifts, Hot Schedules preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong energy and positive approach to daily tasks
- Confidence in making recommendations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- High level of integrity
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain continuous communication with guests to address concerns and resolve issues
- Follow training procedures for all new employees and retrain team members as needed
- Create staff work schedules
- Assist in hiring employees who reflect company values
- Handle team discipline carefully, adhering to the policy of being firm, fair, and consistent
- Manage cash handling duties during shifts
- Supervise smooth operations during service hours and support front-of-house staff, especially during understaffed shifts
- Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines
- Place orders for products and supplies as required
- Oversee completion of secondary service tasks, daily and weekly cleaning
- Conduct perimeter safety and cleanliness checks before and during shifts
- Perform final walkthroughs before opening and closing the restaurant
- Follow company policies consistently
- Innovate and find creative solutions to improve the restaurant daily
