Job Duties

  • Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships
  • book VIP reservations
  • execute VIP presentations
  • provide ongoing table maintenance
  • check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift
  • deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests' needs and exceeding guests' expectations
  • make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests' orders, and up-sell when applicable
  • assist other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • work with a sense of urgency
  • perform well under pressure and stress
  • maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • adhere to cleanliness and safety procedures
