Job Requirements
- No real estate experience necessary
- Be a self-starter, personable, professional, and love meeting new people
- Excellent and prompt verbal and written communication skills
- Agree to use personal smartphone device and install company app
- Reliable transportation that will remain on property with you
- Stand and or walk for 20+ minutes including climbing stairs unassisted
- Available to work model home hours from 9:30am to 7pm depending on assignment
- Not currently active Texas licensed real estate professional
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet guests and share community information
- Register guests and document daily activities
- Answer phones
- Conduct tours of inventory homes
- Show guests model home features
