Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced high-energy upscale environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to operate point of sale system
- Knowledge of Clark County health standards and ability to maintain hygienic workplace
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain a professional polished appearance
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to participate in promotional activities including wearing branded apparel and costumes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced upscale environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending fundamentals and drink crafting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Comfort with food service and etiquette
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Consistently delivers exceptional service to every visitor while interacting in a professional manner maintaining dialogue with all visitors while upholding a warm positive and friendly persona always
- Set up a bar for full operation ensure all supplies product and tools are fully ready for operations
- Must be comfortable with food service and etiquette
- Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks or other duties deemed necessary by management
- Crafting and serving beverages to visitors
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance posture and hygiene in accordance with company policy
- Handle cash and credit transactions at the point of sales system
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County health standards
- Provide an accurate inventory count of product prior and at the end of every shift
- Always communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors Ability to work as a team stay organized handle various projects at one time follow up and make accurate decisions
- Be a brand advocate by providing Guests with accurate information regarding our venues menus and pricing
- Monitor potentially intoxicated and or disruptive guests and promptly bring to a manager’s attention
- Respond to guest concerns complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude
- Must present and maintain an attractive image to further the overall theme of the venue
- Pose for pictures in uniform or designated logo apparel for promotional activities
- Participate and dress up in costumes for events movie showings and or themed parties
- Participate and appear in marketing publicity or media materials
- Demonstrate ART AREA15's service standards in every guest interaction
- Adhere to department and company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards
- Work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
