Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- previous hospitality experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to move quickly
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs with or without assistance
- ability to write, read, and verbally communicate effectively
- maintain a professional appearance
- work extended, irregular, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
- comply with company safety and health codes
- willingness to participate in training
- availability to attend interviews and auditions in swimwear
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality experience
- experience in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, dayclub, or lounge
- knowledge of food and beverage menus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- knowledge of safety and health standards
- willing to participate in promotional activities
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Portray a positive and professional attitude
- anticipate and accommodate all guest needs
- possess in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and general venue information
- comply with Department of Health standards
- comply with all Tao Group Hospitality safety codes and company policies
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bars and surrounding areas
- stock and re-stock bar inventories and supplies
- assist bartenders and cocktail servers as needed
- perform opening and closing side work
- participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions
- market the company's venues and events through social media and promotional activities
- report inventory levels and any equipment damage to management
- ensure compliance with appearance and uniform standards
- dispose of trash and break down cardboard boxes
- maintain security and cleanliness of storage and refrigeration areas
- work as part of a team and provide training and support to fellow team members
- complete additional tasks as assigned
