Job Requirements

  • valid paramedic license in Ohio
  • minimum of two years of experience as a paramedic

  • skilled in clinical assessment and urgent care interventions

Job Duties

  • perform in-home assessments and urgent care interventions
  • work in partnership with physicians, nurses, and social workers
  • respond to patients flagged through remote monitoring and clinical team referrals
  • participate in patient discharge planning and community follow-ups
  • operate a fully equipped community vehicle (no ambulance)
  • deliver high-quality care under progressive protocols tailored to senior patients
  • conduct home safety checks, patient education, and wellness follow-ups
