- 2 years working as a sous chef
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certification

Job Duties
- Participate in the production of food for all Metro events including on-site staff meals and food truck events
- follow all health, safety and hygiene codes and standards
- participate in the daily cleaning of all Community Kitchen equipment
- assist in breaking down and cleaning the food truck at the end of each shift
- communicate ideas and concerns to the Mobile Chef in a timely manner
- perform other duties as assigned
