Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of a recognized paramedic training program
- Current New Jersey paramedic certification
- Minimum 1 year field experience as an active paramedic
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS or PEPP certification
- EVOC certification
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Competency with telehealth platforms and remote monitoring device setup
- Completion of annual clinical competencies, Fit Test, PPD screening, AMOC training
- Ability to perform point-of-care testing and phlebotomy
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized paramedic training program
- Current New Jersey paramedic certification issued by NJ Department of Health
- Current BLS CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current PALS or PEPP certification
- EVOC certification
- Valid driver’s license recognized by New Jersey
- Minimum one year active field paramedic experience
Job Duties
- Conduct comprehensive in-home patient assessments
- Perform medication reconciliation and administer treatments within paramedic scope
- Complete accurate clinical documentation in EMR/ePCR
- Facilitate telehealth visits and set up remote monitoring devices
- Maintain MIH vehicles, medical equipment, and supply inventory
- Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection
- Participate in patient education, community outreach, and program improvement activities
