Job Description

Job Requirements
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record CDL may be required depending on vehicle size
- Ability to lift and transport event materials and merchandise up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable with flexible work hours including evenings weekends and travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in event coordination brand activation or mobile retail operations is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage customers effectively
- Self motivated organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and or event management software is a plus
Job Duties
- Drive and maintain the company mobile shoe truck ensuring cleanliness stock and event readiness
- Plan and coordinate mobile events trade shows and community activations to promote products
- Serve as the primary brand representative at events engaging with customers answering questions and facilitating sales
- Set up and break down event displays including merchandise signage and promotional materials
- Manage inventory and restocking for the shoe truck to ensure optimal product selection
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to strategize and maximize event impact
- Handle basic vehicle maintenance checks and coordinate necessary servicing
- Research and secure event locations ensuring compliance with local regulations and permitting requirements
- Track event performance metrics gather customer feedback and provide reports to management team
- Support social media and marketing efforts by capturing photos videos and sharing live updates
- Work in the Tacoma store supporting the Store Manager with boots department and sales when not at mobile events
- Assist with other event related logistics and operational tasks as assigned
