Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the united states
- high school diploma or ged
- less than 2 years - 6 months retail experience in a high volume environment
- less than 2 years - 6 months customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred

Job Duties
- support event sales goals through side-by-side selling with local retail sales associates or partner sales associates during events
- support community partnership efforts by networking and building brand awareness through relationships, referrals and events
- proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly visible and energetic retail environment while educating them about products and services
- acclimate local retail and partner sales associates to unique event environments to provide an exceptional customer experience
- maintain clean and well-organized store appearance adhering to procedures and merchandising standards
- assist other associates in achieving their sales objectives
- perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management
