Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
- Ability to work in dynamic retail and event-based environments
- Availability to collaborate with sales teams and local businesses
- Commitment to delivering a world class shopping experience
- Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical tasks
- Willingness to adapt to varied work settings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of retail experience in a high volume environment preferred
- Six months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in retail sales within a high volume environment
- Ability to work in varied environments including external events
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to train and acclimate sales associates to unique event environments
- Proficiency with basic math and calculator use
Job Duties
- Drive sales results by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during mobile events to support customer purchases
- Build community partnerships by networking with local businesses to increase brand visibility and event attendance
- Engage customers proactively in a dynamic retail setting to provide product education and ensure satisfaction
- Train and support sales associates to adapt to the mobile event environment and deliver consistent customer experiences
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
