Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- less than 2 years 6 months retail experience in high volume environment preferred
- less than 2 years 6 months customer service and/or sales experience in retail environment preferred
Job Duties
- drive sales performance by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during events to meet sales targets
- build community partnerships by networking with local businesses to increase brand awareness and support event participation
- engage proactively with diverse customers to provide product education, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- train and support sales associates to adapt to the event environment and deliver consistent customer experiences
- perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management
