Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record through DMV
- ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- strong communication skills
- self-sufficient and able to work independently
- clean and professional appearance
Job Qualifications

- able to handle extensive walking across properties and work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- have basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance environments
- complete special pickups of illegally dumped items and bulky trash
- employ safe handling techniques in the collection and disposal of needles
- ensure the exterior of the facilities is neat and presentable to the public
- wipe down trash receptacles and replace trash liners
- remove trash and debris
- perform trash pickup around parking lots, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
- clean windowsills
- de-web buildings and doorways
- provide restroom care if applicable at assigned property
- maintain storage areas in a neat, clean manner
- perform other tasks as assigned by management
- adhere to all safety rules and procedures
