Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds
- availability to work evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM
- good communication skills
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety training
- customer service experience preferred
- no supervisory experience required
- no certification required

- previous experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
- inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- explain room functionalities such as key card usage, minibar, ice and vending machine locations, safe, and laundry services
- carry guests’ luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas
- assist with storing and retrieving luggage
- help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
- provide guests with directions to their destinations
- arrange transportation services such as taxis or shuttle buses and record transportation requests in advance
- communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain a neat, professional uniform and appearance
- protect company property and maintain confidentiality of company information
- support and treat coworkers with dignity and respect
- assist team to meet common goals
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
- assist in handling objects over 75 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during shifts
- respond promptly to work situations
- read and verify information in various formats
- reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, and incline
- navigate uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
- welcome and recognize guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally, including telephone etiquette
- remain alert to the presence of potentially objectionable individuals on the property
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
