Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds
  • availability to work evening shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM
  • good communication skills
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • willingness to comply with company policies and safety training
  • customer service experience preferred
  • no supervisory experience required
  • no certification required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent general education development (GED)
  • ability to perform physical activities including lifting, standing, and walking for long periods
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • previous experience in customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to follow safety procedures and policies
  • professional appearance and demeanor
  • ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • bilingual skills advantageous but not mandatory

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and exiting the property
  • inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • explain room functionalities such as key card usage, minibar, ice and vending machine locations, safe, and laundry services
  • carry guests’ luggage to and from rooms or designated bell areas
  • assist with storing and retrieving luggage
  • help guests and visitors enter and exit vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
  • provide guests with directions to their destinations
  • arrange transportation services such as taxis or shuttle buses and record transportation requests in advance
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain a neat, professional uniform and appearance
  • protect company property and maintain confidentiality of company information
  • support and treat coworkers with dignity and respect
  • assist team to meet common goals
  • adhere to quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds without assistance
  • assist in handling objects over 75 pounds
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods during shifts
  • respond promptly to work situations
  • read and verify information in various formats
  • reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, and incline
  • navigate uneven, slippery surfaces and stairs
  • welcome and recognize guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally, including telephone etiquette
  • remain alert to the presence of potentially objectionable individuals on the property
  • perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
