Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and escort guests to their rooms
  • open doors and assist guests or visitors entering and leaving the property
  • inform guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local attractions
  • identify and explain room functionalities such as key usage, minibar, ice machines, and laundry services
  • handle guests' luggage by carrying to and from rooms or designated areas
  • assist guests and visitors entering and exiting vehicles, including loading and unloading luggage
  • arrange transportation services such as taxis and shuttles for guests
  • communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance
  • protect company privacy and property
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist the team in achieving common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move and lift objects under 50 pounds without assistance
  • assist with heavier loads over 75 pounds
  • stay active by standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods
  • respond quickly and efficiently to work situations
  • read and verify information in various formats
  • perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing stairs
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
  • remain alert for potentially objectionable persons on the property
  • perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
