Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms
- assist guests/visitors entering and exiting the property including opening doors and carrying luggage
- provide guests with information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- identify and explain room features such as room keys, mini bars, ice machines, safes, and laundry services
- handle luggage storage and retrieval
- assist guests with vehicle access including loading and unloading luggage
- arrange and document guest transportation requests such as taxis and shuttles
- communicate parking procedures to guests
- comply with all company safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues
- maintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform
- protect company information and assets
- support coworkers and contribute to team goals
- meet quality assurance expectations
- move items weighing less than 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier items
- remain on feet or walking for extended periods
- respond quickly to work situations
- perform additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors
