Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ba bs degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum five to seven years district leadership experience in QSR industry
  • Current ServSafe certification or must pass within 30 days
  • Food handler permit as required by local laws
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work weekends and extended hours
  • Standing walking bending reaching stooping lifting up to 100 pounds as required
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Proven success in leading managing coaching and developing high-performance teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Leads coaches develops trains manages and mentors district managers ensuring they meet performance standards and operational goals
  • Visits restaurants both announced and unannounced to evaluate operational compliance including staff appearance food quality safety and inventory management
  • Monitors and improves workflow ensuring high productivity and quality standards
  • Analyzes monthly sales profit and budgetary reports providing feedback and direction to district managers
  • Addresses employee relations issues resolves security and cash violations and partners with HR for policy enforcement
  • Oversees development and succession planning for management including coaching and training
  • Promotes communication within the region shares company news organizes meetings and encourages employee suggestions
