Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ba bs degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum five to seven years district leadership experience in QSR industry
- Current ServSafe certification or must pass within 30 days
- Food handler permit as required by local laws
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours
- Standing walking bending reaching stooping lifting up to 100 pounds as required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
Job Qualifications

- Proven success in leading managing coaching and developing high-performance teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Duties
- Leads coaches develops trains manages and mentors district managers ensuring they meet performance standards and operational goals
- Visits restaurants both announced and unannounced to evaluate operational compliance including staff appearance food quality safety and inventory management
- Monitors and improves workflow ensuring high productivity and quality standards
- Analyzes monthly sales profit and budgetary reports providing feedback and direction to district managers
- Addresses employee relations issues resolves security and cash violations and partners with HR for policy enforcement
- Oversees development and succession planning for management including coaching and training
- Promotes communication within the region shares company news organizes meetings and encourages employee suggestions
