Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant restaurant management experience
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned district
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze sales and budget data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and labor laws
- Experience managing franchise operations preferred
Job Duties
- Lead, coach, develop, train, manage, and mentor store managers ensuring they meet performance standards and company policies
- Visit restaurants announced and unannounced to evaluate operational compliance including food quality, safety, and staff training
- Oversee and assess restaurant operations to meet company standards and legal regulations
- Analyze monthly sales, profit, and budget reports, providing feedback and guidance for cost reduction and sales growth
- Resolve guest and employee complaints and address employee relations issues
- Oversee management development and succession planning including training for general managers and assistant managers
- Promote communication within the area, share company news, conduct meetings, and suggest operational improvements
