Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years bartending experience in high volume, upscale environment
- Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktail, and food
- Knowledge of point of sales systems required
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
- Bartending or mixology certification preferred
- Must be able to prioritize and multitask

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverage product that ensures guest satisfaction
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and prepare drinks with sophistication
- Review drink tickets entered by servers and prepare each order accurately and timely
- Recommend cocktails and wines to pair with food items
- Suggest beverages based on guest preferences
- Maintain strict serving and sanitation guidelines per state, local, and company standards
- Adhere to all Four Seasons standards within and outside the bar
- Work efficiently while fostering harmonious relationships with coworkers
