Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food
  • Knowledge of point of sales systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport with guests and team members quickly

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Extensive wine, cocktail, and food knowledge
  • Knowledge of point of sales systems, Micros Symphony knowledge preferred
  • Bartending/mixology certification preferred
  • Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
  • Above average communication skills both written and oral

Job Duties

  • Provide quality beverage product that ensures guest satisfaction
  • Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and prepare drinks with a high degree of sophistication
  • Review drink tickets entered by servers and prepare each order to their specification within specified service standards and times
  • Recommend cocktails and wines to be paired with food items offered in the bar and adjacent restaurant
  • Recommend beverages (wine and spirits) based on guest preferences
  • Maintain strict serving and sanitation guidelines consistent with state, local and Four Seasons requirements
  • Adhere to all Four Seasons standards inside the bar as well as outside
  • Work efficiently while maintaining harmonious relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
