Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food
- Knowledge of point of sales systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport with guests and team members quickly
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
- Extensive wine, cocktail, and food knowledge
- Knowledge of point of sales systems, Micros Symphony knowledge preferred
- Bartending/mixology certification preferred
- Ability to quickly and positively establish rapport
- Above average communication skills both written and oral
Job Duties
- Provide quality beverage product that ensures guest satisfaction
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and prepare drinks with a high degree of sophistication
- Review drink tickets entered by servers and prepare each order to their specification within specified service standards and times
- Recommend cocktails and wines to be paired with food items offered in the bar and adjacent restaurant
- Recommend beverages (wine and spirits) based on guest preferences
- Maintain strict serving and sanitation guidelines consistent with state, local and Four Seasons requirements
- Adhere to all Four Seasons standards inside the bar as well as outside
- Work efficiently while maintaining harmonious relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
