- Significant bartending experience required
- Valid alcohol serving permit as per state laws
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Arrive on time dressed in a clean neatly pressed uniform and maintain personal hygiene
- Skillfully mix and serve beverages including cocktails soft drinks and wines according to specifications
- Respond to guest needs ensuring their satisfaction and an unforgettable dining experience
- Comply with all liquor laws and Ruth's Chris policies relating to beverage service
- Complete all bar setup and side work diligently maintaining optimal service standards
- Manage and document orders accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Engage actively with guests while standing for prolonged periods and handling items up to 35 pounds
