Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Formal training in wine and spirits preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work long hours on feet
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to operate company vehicle or golf cart safely

Job Duties
- Manage inventory maintenance
- Restock and maintain bar
- Develop seasonal cocktail program to increase revenue
- Monitor bar service standards and make adjustments
- Assist in wine restocking and cellar maintenance
- Train staff on wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Supervise bar and dining room staff
- Perform supervisor duties as necessary
