Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Management
  • 2 - 4 years experience as a Mixologist in standalone or branded restaurants
  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field is desired
  • Experience working in an international capacity
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences and respect for diversity

Job Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Management
  • Have 2 - 4 years' experience in a Mixologist role with standalone/branded restaurants
  • Holding a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field is desired
  • Possess experience of working in an international capacity
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone

Job Duties

  • Uphold a high standard of customer service by consistently delivering top-quality drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels, set up the bar correctly before service, and uphold cleanliness standards to create a welcoming environment
  • Adhere to local licensing laws and promote responsible alcohol service practices among staff and patrons
  • Demonstrate proficiency in cashing up procedures and ensure accurate handling of transactions
  • Stay informed about local and international bar trends and new products, while being well-versed in classic cocktails and innovative drinks
  • Provide dedicated training to staff, sharing knowledge of product portfolios and brand standards
