Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food and Beverage Management
- 2 - 4 years experience in a Mixologist role with standalone or branded restaurants
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field is desired
- Experience of working in an international capacity
- Clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone

Job Duties
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by consistently delivering top-quality drinks and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain appropriate stock levels, set up the bar correctly before service, and uphold cleanliness standards to create a welcoming environment
- Adhere to local licensing laws and promote responsible alcohol service practices among staff and patrons
- Demonstrate proficiency in cashing up procedures and ensure accurate handling of transactions
- Stay informed about local and international bar trends and new products, while being well-versed in classic cocktails and innovative drinks
- Provide dedicated training to staff, sharing knowledge of product portfolios and brand standards
